Worldwide tour for Lynyrd Skynyrd
“God & Guns,” Lynyrd Skynyrd’s latest album, was released in September 2009, marking the second longest break in a new album since the self-titled album came out in 1973. Of course, the longest break was 1977-1991, so who can complain about a measly six year break like the last one?
In support of their twelfth studio album, Lynyrd Skynyrd is taking to the road (and plane) for their worldwide tour kicking off Jan. 21 in Florida before going to several European cities that I can’t even pronounce.
In March, the band will make their way back to the States for a three-month break. There are also a handful of U.S. dates scheduled in July and August 2010.
